We currently ship to the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Every US order ships free with tracking – no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Items in a kit may arrive in separate parcels.
Which currency will I pay in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). US sales tax, if applicable, is shown at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes – you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
Email us a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement – no need to post anything back.
Why buy a kit instead of single items?
Our kits put the pieces most riders end up buying anyway into one order, and cost less than buying the same items separately in our store – for example, the Night Commuter Kit saves $8.97.
Do the tracker mounts include an AirTag?
No – our hidden mounts are designed for Apple AirTag, which is sold separately.
Will the light / mount fit my bike?
Our handlebar accessories fit standard 22–35 mm bars and seatposts. Check the details on each product page or ask us before ordering.
