Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping on every US order

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Every parcel is tracked.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time

United States: 7–14 business days – Free

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to customs. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Duties & taxes

Any applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout. If an unexpected import charge is requested on delivery, please contact us before paying.

Tracking & lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days, email rovabike.official@gmail.com – we will reship for free or refund lost parcels.
